ORDER PROCESSING
Orders are typically processed within 1 business day. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. holidays. Processing time is separate from carrier transit time.
U.S. SHIPPING RATES
All active FULL OF GRACE products use one domestic shipping profile, so products in the same U.S. order are rated together at checkout. Available methods and the exact charge for the delivery address are shown before payment.
• Economy: $4.90 for eligible orders up to 5 lb
• Standard: $6.90 for eligible orders up to 1 lb
• Standard: $9.90 for eligible orders over 1 lb and up to 5 lb
COMPLIMENTARY U.S. SHIPPING
Orders with a merchandise subtotal of $135 or more qualify for complimentary eligible U.S. shipping when the selected shipping method costs $15 or less. Taxes do not count toward the threshold. The $135 Oud Throne Grooming System qualifies when purchased on its own. Express and other upgraded services remain paid.
DELIVERY ESTIMATES AND TRACKING
Typical standard delivery is approximately 3–7 business days after the order ships, depending on the destination and carrier service. Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Tracking information is sent when the order ships.
ADDRESSES, DELAYS AND DELIVERY PROBLEMS
Please confirm the shipping address before completing checkout. Contact us immediately if an address needs correction; changes cannot be guaranteed after an order enters fulfillment.
Carrier delays may occur because of weather, service interruptions, holidays or other conditions outside our control. If tracking shows an unusual delay or delivery problem, contact info@fullofgraceinc.com with the order number.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS
Damaged, defective or incorrect items must be reported within 7 calendar days after delivery. Include the order number and clear photographs of the item, packaging, shipping carton and shipping label.
