30-Day Returns
You may return any unopened, unused product in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price. Contact us at Info@fullofgraceinc.com with your order number and we'll send return instructions.
Opened Products
Because beard oil and fragrance are personal-care items, we can't resell opened bottles. If you've used the product and it isn't working for you, email us anyway. We'll work with you on a solution, which may include a partial refund or store credit, at our discretion.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or isn't what you ordered, email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and your order number. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund, including shipping, at no cost to you.
How Refunds Work
- Refunds go back to the original payment method.
- Allow 5–10 business days after we receive the return for the refund to appear.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
- Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the product arrived damaged or incorrect.
Exchanges
We don't offer direct exchanges. Return the item for a refund and place a new order.
Amazon Orders
Orders placed on Amazon are covered by Amazon's return policy. Please start the return through your Amazon account.
